Corda

Privacy Policy

Last updated 3 November 2026

Corda is a notes, tasks and calendar app for iPhone, iPad and Mac, provided by BornAsBjorn LLC (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what data Corda handles, why, and the choices you have.

What Corda stores

Corda doesn't use analytics, advertising or tracking tools.

Google user data

Connecting a Google account is optional. When you do, Corda asks for these permissions and uses them only as described:

Google data is copied to our servers only as far as these features need: event details for the selected calendars over a rolling window, and an encrypted refresh token that lets Corda keep your calendar in sync while your devices are off.

Limited use

Corda’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. In particular:

Claude

Corda can let Anthropic’s Claude assistant read and update your notes, tasks and meetings, but only after you connect Claude to your own Corda account. Claude then accesses that data on your instruction, under Anthropic’s privacy policy. You can disconnect it at any time.

Where data is kept

Your data is stored with Google Cloud (Firestore, Cloud Storage and Cloud Run) in the United States, encrypted in transit and at rest. Google refresh tokens are additionally encrypted by Corda before they are stored. Access is limited to your own signed-in account.

Keeping and deleting data

Children

Corda isn’t directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If this policy changes we’ll update the date above, and for significant changes we’ll let you know in the app.
