Corda

Terms of Service

Last updated 3 November 2026

These terms apply to your use of Corda, the notes, tasks and calendar app and its online service, provided by BornAsBjorn LLC (“we”, “us”). By using Corda you agree to them.

Your account

You sign in with Apple and are responsible for activity on your account. Connecting Google or Claude is optional, and you can disconnect either at any time.

Your content

You own what you put in Corda. You give us only the permission needed to store, sync and process it so the app works for you, for example by creating calendar events for your dated tasks. We handle your data as set out in the privacy policy.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Corda to break the law, to infringe others’ rights, or to interfere with or try to get unauthorised access to the service or other people’s data.

Third-party services

Corda works with Apple, Google and Anthropic services. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we aren’t responsible for them.

Availability

Corda is a small, personal app. We work to keep it reliable, but it is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, and may change, pause or stop. Keep your own backups of anything important; Corda lets you export your notes at any time.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, BornAsBjorn LLC isn’t liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of Corda. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for Corda in the previous twelve months.

Ending use

You can stop using Corda and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. We’ll change the date above, and continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which BornAsBjorn LLC is registered.
